VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The University of Central Punjab (UCP) is seeking candidates for the position of Coordinator in the Faculty of Language and Literature – English Language Centre. We invite applications from qualified and motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

Position Coordinator

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree

• 2-3 years of experience in academic coordination

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). – Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Coordination: • Serve as a liaison between various faculties to ensure smooth academic operations. • Manage faculty schedules, including timetables, room allocations, and adjustments.

Examination Management: • Oversee the preparation and organization of exams, including scheduling and invigilation duties. • Ensure timely submission and distribution of exam-related materials.

Faculty and Student Support: • Act as the primary point of contact for faculty and administrative staff for operational issues. • Provide assistance to students for timetable adjustments and other academic inquiries.

Administrative Duties: • Maintain records of faculty workloads, class schedules, and exam-related documentation. • Collaborate with the registrar’s office to ensure accurate reporting of academic activities. • Organize and participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Quality Assurance: • Monitor adherence to institutional policies and deadlines related to academics. • Identify and address operational inefficiencies to improve processes.
