Responsibilities:
- The Senior Master/Mistress is a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and has responsibility as direct line manager for all Heads of Department.
- Take overall responsibility for curriculum planning and implementation, liaising as appropriate with the Principal.
- Convene, chair, and produce minutes of regular meetings of Heads of Department for the purpose of developing the curriculum and disseminating and discussing curricular issues.
- Encourage, develop and monitor cross-curricular initiatives.
- Monitor the work of Heads of Department and individual staff in ensuring that the curriculum is delivered effectively and appropriately to all pupils, taking appropriate corrective action as necessary.
- Coordinate the provision of information for the Principal relating to classroom teaching issues, for appraisal purposes.
- Oversee the school’s policy for the recording and reporting of pupil progress, based on regular assessments and reports.
- Respond to, and investigate where appropriate, parental concerns regarding the curriculum, standards of teaching, and the academic management of pupils.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Principal.
- Attend staff meetings and serve on committees as required.
- Outline performance expectations and define key accountabilities, ensuring that a robust process is in place for direct reports of the job holder.
- Ensure that clear targets are assigned to direct reports of the job holder and that job descriptions and KPI’s are in place for all direct reports within the School.

Key Responsibilities:
â–ª Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution
â–ª Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels
â–ª Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and close positions timely
â–ª Manage candidate assessments, interviews, and onboarding processes
â–ª Ensure compliance with HR policies, KPIs, and labor laws
â–ª Support workforce planning and contribute to HR reporting
Requirements:
â–ª Masters / MBA in HRM
▪ 5–7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
â–ª Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
â–ª Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems
â–ª Ability to work under pressure with strong multitasking capabilities.
