The City School Jobs Regional Finance Lead :
We are looking for a Regional Finance Lead to join our team at the Head Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Financial position analysis (horizontal and vertical) of the entire Region.
- Monitor payroll and final settlement process to ensure timely disbursement of funds.
- Ensure all actions pertaining to rental payments are timely executed.
- Monitor all billing activities and follow up with Schools to ensure timely fee collection.
- Ensure all fixed assets are recorded and updated in the system
-Ensure timely disbursement and proper recording of Schools Head Imprest budgets - Conduct feasibility analysis of proposed schools and provide meaningful insights to HO
- Coordination with auditors to provide all the relevant information
- Involved resource management of all Finance and Accounts positions in the Region
