Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage original written content including news articles, opinion pieces, features, and newsletters for both internal distribution and external publication.
• Track, collect, and synthesize educational news from print and digital platforms—locally and internationally—to keep staff and stakeholders well-informed.
• Craft engaging narratives around school events, student achievements, and strategic initiatives for use in external media and internal reports.
• Maintain a steady flow of communication aligned with the school’s academic calendar and broader national/international educational trends.
• Build and manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and online education platforms to amplify the school’s voice.
• Create press releases, editorial pitches, and briefing notes for media engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash positioning, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.
• Manage intercompany cash, including funding, loans, and settlements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for banks, managing day-to-day banking activities, and resolving issues.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Oversee bank account administration, including opening, closing, and maintaining accounts, signatories, and related documentation (e.g., KYC).
• Analyse bank fees and services to ensure cost-effectiveness and negotiate terms.
• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and hedging financial risks and interest rate exposures.
• Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies and policies.
• Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies, controls, and relevant financial regulations.
• Prepare regular treasury reports for senior management.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to treasury activities.
• Assist with internal and external audits related to treasury.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments on treasury-related matters.
• Liaise with external parties, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies, in a professional manner.
