Responsibilities:
- To assist and support the Head of school in recruitment, induction and in the selection of employees.
- To train and orient all existing and new employees.
- To enforce the compliance of the Service Rules of the Company and all related HR policies.
- To oversee promotions and increments.
- To scout for talent, and assist in capacity building.
- To manage all administration aspects of the employees, i.e., leaves, exit interviews, salaries, attendance, etc.
- To assist in career planning and in preparing an HR strategy in alignment with the company vision.
- To ensure compliance of the KPIs.
- To audit the payroll and approve for release.
- To manage and monitor all HR operations.
