Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve the Result Management System (RMS) in coordination with IT, including testing new features and resolving issues.
- Coordinate assessment-related processes, including data verification, result compilation, and report card follow-ups.
- Communicate with international exam boards to ensure accurate and – timely data entry into the RMS.
- Conduct trainings and provide user support for assessment policies and RMS usage.
- Assist with result analysis and exam paper formatting, ensuring alignment with academic standards.
