Responsibilities:
- Conduct application fit-gap analysis with the assistance of packaged application-specific technical resources
- Assist ERP Functional Lead in overseeing functional aspect of the new Order-To-Cash systems implementation and complete assigned tasks on time
- Prepare Functional documents and user/ operational manuals
- Assist ERP Functional Lead to facilitate meetings and directing said meetings as applicable
- Develop an area of expertise within the allocated domain in due course of time
- Learn overall business operations and help develop innovative solutions to improve productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business users and stakeholders
- Lead collaboration with integration and data teams and assist said teams to document integration, conversion requirements and designs
- Test core functionalities, new enhancements and production defect resolution.
- Assist with project communications, scheduling and logistics.
- Support business and end-user correspondence.
- Develop and maintain relations between business process owners, users, and consultants.
- Support and record change management related to technical requirements.
- Assist key users in testing new functionality, and documenting and retaining ERP knowledge
