This position will be based at Head Office (Karachi).
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin (Chamber of Commerce), and insurance documents.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and INCOTERMS.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport companies for smooth cargo movement.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve documentation discrepancies or delays.
- Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, warehouse, accounts) for accurate documentation flow.
- Conduct spot purchases for urgent operational requirements.
- Ensure purchased items meet required quality and delivery timelines.
- Manage office supplies, maintenance, and pool vehicles.
- Perform SAP entries of admin-related POs & invoices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelorโs degree in Business from a reputable university.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
