Position / Title: Recovery Supervisor
Job Type: Permanent
Department: Branch Banking Micro-finance bank
Location: Mirpurkhas

Job Responsibilities:

To manage a team of Recovery Officers and maximize recoveries from bad debts.
To share critical MIS’s & insight of recovery portfolio
Make sure that proper allocation of delinquent accounts is done.
To ensure that skip accounts are identified at early stages and proper Skip tracing is followed by respective officer.
Ensure that all Customer Services related complains/ queries to be resolved within TAT.
Ensure that all staff is well trained to maintain the high level of Customer Services
To comply with the Recovery Code of Conduct and Fair debt guidelines.
Ensure that reversal and settlement policy is followed/ implemented for all activities performed in recovery.
To ensure that all Recovery related Ops standards are met which includes compliance to bank policies.
Coordinate with legal team for filing of cases.

Required Experience & Education: At-least 1 – 2 years in similar or team leading role in recovery side. Minimum Graduate, preferably Masters.
