Position / Title: Recovery Supervisor
Job Type: Permanent
Department: Branch Banking Micro-finance bank
Location: Mirpurkhas

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage a team of Recovery Officers and maximize recoveries from bad debts.
• To share critical MIS’s & insight of recovery portfolio
• Make sure that proper allocation of delinquent accounts is done.
• To ensure that skip accounts are identified at early stages and proper Skip tracing is followed by respective officer.
• Ensure that all Customer Services related complains/ queries to be resolved within TAT.
• Ensure that all staff is well trained to maintain the high level of Customer Services
• To comply with the Recovery Code of Conduct and Fair debt guidelines.
• Ensure that reversal and settlement policy is followed/ implemented for all activities performed in recovery.
• To ensure that all Recovery related Ops standards are met which includes compliance to bank policies.
• Coordinate with legal team for filing of cases.

Required Experience & Education:

• At-least 1 – 2 years in similar or team leading role in recovery side.
• Minimum Graduate, preferably Masters.
