We are looking for ‘Fleet Manager‘
Responsibilities:
- Managing Team of drivers & fleet staff for optimum utilization.
- Keep the fleet in road worthy condition with close coordination with Manager workshop.
- Scheduling and arranging periodic Training and Motivation of fleet Drivers.
- Continuously monitor aspects of Drivers behavior such as their conduct, outlook, vehicle maintenance/cleanliness and on route speeding etc.
- Management of fleet with minimum maintenance cost and greater fuel efficiency.
Requirements:
- Must possess good leadership qualities
- Must be proactive and be able to pay keen attention to the smallest of details
- Possession of key competencies, including conflict management, strong negotiation and decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s
- 10+ years in Fleet management
- Lahore based
