Non-Perishable Product Development for Regular Consumer business and Event / Campaign
Perishable Product Development, Quality Criteria, Ingredients & identifying specialized Vendors.
Corporate Package & Product Development;
• For regular Corporate business (Industry specific)
• For customized Corporate orders
• For campaign / event based corporate orders
Cultural & Ethnic Product Development;
• Provincial / Area based specialties
• Products made by poor People & from Handicap Institutions
• Truck Art
Niche Market Gift Development for celebrating moments of life;
Developing and issuing Packaging criteria to the whole network for Regular business & Event based
Every Product & Package development must be evaluated for;
a) Cost effectiveness,
b) Ease of Inventory management
c) Operational handling
Identifying economical Packaging sourcing (local & international)
Developing & initiating SOP & training for packing & handling all Perishable products;
a) With vendors of whole network
b) With network OPS
