Job Title: Assistant Manager – Food Safety & Quality
About the Company: A leading name in textile & food-processing
Responsibilities:
- Maintain regulatory documentation & certification records
- Ensure compliance with food safety and accreditation requirements
- Coordinate & support for audits and uphold standards like GMP, HACCP, and FSQMS
- Enhance food safety processes and manage product traceability
- Provide compliance training and address food safety and quality challenges
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety & compliance
Education: At least Bachelor’s in Food Science & Technology / Food Engineering. Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Competencies:
- Strong planning and communication skills
- Able to analyze data and maintain documentation
- Knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 and HACCP Certification
- Proficient in handling food safety audits
