Position: Fleet Utilization Manager.

Job Description: The candidate will be expected to locate, identify and develop a network of load providers (transporters, brokers etc) who will provide timely loads for (tracked) partner fleet vehicles. He will also be expected to set up methods of communication with fleet partners and their drivers as well as with load providers and ensure timely loads, load pickup and delivery, arrangement of transport documents and payment.
