Tapal Tea Pvt Ltd Jobs Manager Commercial Finance:Tapal Tea is hiring Manager Commercial Finance. The incumbent will work within the Finance Group and will partner with the Sales, Sales Operations & Trade to ensure a high degree of Financial oversight, cost optimization, planning and analysis. Responsibilities may include: Effective implementation and continuous evolving SOP’s for Distributor reimbursements in line with the company policies, ensure implementation & design processes which include effective controls throughout the reimbursement cycle (initiation to settlement), pro-active business partnering to assist in the preparation of business cases including revenue/cost forecasting; market trend analysis, build strong/effective relationships across company commercial functions to ensure impactful, workable, sustainable solutions are rolled out across the business, provide financial analysis using both internal and external information to draw insight and conclusions that lead to actions that improve business performance.
The ideal candidate should be CA Qualified 2016 (ICAP) with a maximum of 2 years post qualification experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in FMCG or Pharma. Interested candidates may apply latest by 10th December 2018 at [email protected]
