𝐓𝐚𝐣 𝐆𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 is looking to hire 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒔 We are currently seeking a highly motivated and strategic leader to join our team as the National Manager for Marts Business.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Oversee the overall retail operations strategy for the entire national network. Of Salam Marts.
- Develop, Drive, and implement initiatives to optimize store performance enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation.
- Lead and develop a team providing guidance and support to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and supply chain departments.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and driving sales and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient stock management practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across all mart locations.

- Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- Proven experience of around minimum 8 years in a senior retail management role, with a focus on national or regional operations
