Are you a dynamic and strategic sales leader with a proven track record in B2B sales within the commercial fuels industry?
Being a leading player in the OMC, we are expanding our Commercial Fuels division and seeking a talented 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐬 – 𝐁𝟐𝐁 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨:
·Develop Lead and inspire a high-performing team of B2B sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and results-driven success.
·Develop and implement strategic sales plans to identifying new business opportunities and markets and Industrial customers of petroleum products.
· In-depth knowledge of the commercial fuels industry regulations, and customer needs. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, to participate in Government Tenders Contracts and Negotiation.
·Building a strong and strategic client relationship with stake holders ensuring their satisfaction and retention, working on pricing strategy, day to day customer contracts, for exceeding revenue targets of petroleum products
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 7 – 10 years in the commercial fuels – B2B sales or related industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing business objectives.
Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s in business administration with specialization of Sales/Marketing is preferred.
