Sunridge Foods, one of the leading FMCG sector operates across Pakistan. We are recruiting 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 for our plant based in HUB.
An individual will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high product quality. This role will involve leveraging SAP S4 Hana for production planning, material management, and process improvements.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase production output.
Utilize SAP S4 Hana for production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and process optimization.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products.
Assist in the design and layout of manufacturing lines, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Lead initiatives for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains in production.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Production Engineer in a manufacturing environment (Packaging Industry preferable).
Strong working knowledge of SAP S4 Hana.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
