WE’RE HIRING! Planning Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Dyeing planning by machine and controlling the production plan according to capacity
• Responsible of utilizing maximum dyeing capacity by coordinating with the backend teams
• Data analysis for dyeing units to identify problems and solve them using lean techniques like FMEA
• Responsible for shortfall planning, checking, revision and distribution of fabric
• Run-time troubleshooting and planning during the production of any color, fabric or machine to save capacity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in dyeing planning with reputable organizations
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS 365

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead workforce planning and organizational structure initiatives to ensure agility and scalability
• Drive performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year reviews and year-end calibrations
• Identify high-potential talent, support succession planning and bench strength development
• Support the implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and structured learning interventions
• Act as a key partner in resolving complex employee relations cases
• Analyse data and design initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention

Requirements:

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields
• 8-12 years of experience in HR with reputable organizations, particularly 3-5 years as an HRBP
• Strong understanding of HR practices, organizational design and talent strategies
• Strong analytical skills and presentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
