Core Responsibilities
- Build and execute an excellent Customer Services to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Maintains contact with assigned customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution and Stile footprint expansion
- Successfully utilize Stile Product refresh program
- Participate in regular one-on-one reviews with Emporium Manager to review forecasts, activity performance, training and development requirements
Required Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (non-technical) or equivalent required
- Strong sales skills with 5+ years of experience, B2B service sales (Outdoor sales experience not required, but it’s a plus)
- Product and process knowledge
- Highly developed communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to influence others to achieve results
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Above-average organizational and problem-solving skills,Strong interpersonal skills that allows individual to work successfully with their team
