we are hiring Assistant Manager Corn Handling

Key Accountabilities

Supervise storage and stacking of corn at open area and silos.
Ensure accurate weighment of corn during procurement seasons.
Oversee the issuance, receipt, and feeding of corn.
Manage and maintain storage platforms, machinery & infrastructure.
Implement good warehouse management practices to control spoilage and maintain hygiene.
Monitor and repair jute bags, pallets, and storage equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize maize waste.
Support the entomologist in pest and weevil control.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

BS/MS Agriculture, Supply Chain or related fields
4 to 5 Years of experience in corn storage and handling, and warehousing operations
Inventory Management & Storage hygiene standards knowledge
Proficiency in Computer and MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point).
Effective Communication Skills.
Ability to act/work independently

we are hiring Entomologist

Key Accountabilities

Lead fumigation and spraying in silos, corn pyramid stacks, factory.
Provide field and factory support for pest and weevil management.
Install and monitor pheromone traps for pest detection and control.
Monitor maize health and ensure hygiene control in storage
Oversee cleaning and maintenance of silos and warehouses to prevent contamination.
Manage pest control machinery and ensure safe chemical usage.
Budget and monitor pest control chemicals.
Ensure adherence to food safety and environmental standards.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

BS/MS Entomology with Certification in pest control or fumigation techniques (preferred)
4 to 5 Years of experience in pest control, fumigation, and grain storage management
Proficiency in Computer and MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point).
Effective Communication Skills.
Inventory Management.
Ability to act/work independently
