Soneri Bank Pakistan Jobs Manager Corporate Affairs: We are looking candidates for Manager – Corporate Affairs reporting into Company Secretary with 4-6 years of experience in similar capacity. The position is based in Karachi.
Qualification: ACCA Qualified or Graduate from HEC recognized university
The position will be responsible for the following.
• To prepare agenda papers and ensure timely circulation among the Board / Committee members.
• To prepare Minutes of the Meetings
.Strong grip on taxation & Corporate Laws
• Assist Company Secretary in matters. Timely preparation and distribution of notices, agenda items.
• To ensure timely submission of quarterly / half yearly / annual accounts and other necessary information to PSX & SECP.
• To prepare and file different returns with the regulators
