Key Responsibilities:
ยท Responsible to visit the sites for complaint resolution.
ยท Customer engagement for visit time before site visit.
ยท Updating the ticket details before leaving the site.
ยท Before visiting the outstations request for approval via travel request forms.
ยท Responsible to follow RCA checklists developed by Manager/AM for effective and timely resolutions.
ยท Responsible to timely handover faulty Inventory to relevant stakeholders.
ยท Be the brand ambassador
Educational Requirement: DAE or Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in solar industry.
