Job Title: Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Lead the development and execution of test strategies for embedded systems to ensure product quality and reliability.
· Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks tailored for embedded devices and software.
· Perform thorough testing of embedded systems, including both hardware and software components, to identify and resolve issues.
· Collaborate with development teams to refine product designs based on test results and quality metrics.
· Manage the documentation of test cases, results, and defect tracking to ensure transparency and accountability in the QA process.
· Mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance and support in best practices, tools, and methodologies.
· Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in embedded systems and QA technologies, integrating new testing tools and methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· Lead root cause analysis for complex issues and champion the implementation of corrective actions across teams.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA, with a significant focus on embedded systems.
· Strong proficiency in programming or scripting languages relevant to test automation (e.g., C, Python).
· In-depth knowledge of embedded systems design, microcontrollers, and hardware/software interaction.
· Proven experience in developing and implementing automated tests and test frameworks for embedded devices.
· Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolutions.
· Strong leadership qualities, with experience mentoring junior engineers and leading QA projects.
· Exceptional communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and influencing product quality decisions.
