Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO
Job Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, possess strong communication skills, demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that the CEO’s schedule is optimized and that all appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements are efficiently coordinated. This will involve proactively managing the calendar, and making necessary adjustments to accommodate changing priorities.
Job Description:
· Work closely with the CEO to oversee and coordinate diverse projects related to different lines of business and personal interests.
· Maintain a comprehensive events calendar, schedule meetings, and send timely reminders to the CEO.
· Provide support to the CEO in both professional and personal tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in managing various responsibilities.
· Have thorough knowledge of the company and its operations.
Job Specification:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
· Bachelor’s Degree required.
· Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
