You‘ll make an impact by:

This individual will oversee the entire proposal process, ensuring that our proposals are compelling, on time, and meet the highest quality standards. The Executive Engineer – Bid & Proposals will ensure that our proposals meet the client requirements and maximize our chances of securing contracts.

• Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to understand client requirements, expectations, and evaluation criteria.
• Lead and coordinate the entire proposal development process, including planning, scheduling, and managing resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales, technical teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information for proposals.
• Develop, write, or edit proposal content, ensuring it is clear, persuasive, and compliant with RFP requirements.
• Lead proposal kickoff meetings and coordinate proposal efforts.
• Conduct post-submission debriefs and analyze outcomes to enhance future proposals.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates and databases.
• Implement best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposal process.

Your success is grounded in

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in electrical / mechanical engineering or similar career.
• At least 6 -12 months experience in field of proposals management.
• Exceptional task management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure proposals are error-free.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with proposal management software/tools is a plus.
