The person will be responsible for Preparing and updating policies, procedures, and systems to streamline processes, Dealing and coordinating with institutions and government officers such as Excise; Taxation, K- Electric, PTCL, SSGC, EOBI, SESSI, PESSI, ESSI etc.)
• Preferably Masters in HR or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years of experience of working in HR & Admin department
• People Management, Public Relations, Negotiations & Effective
Communications Skills
• The work requires knowledge of updated laws, policies, procedures, and regulations relating to HR & Administration.
