Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for leading and managing SSC Brand’s E-Commerce platforms including website content, product updates, promotions, and implementing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SSC Brand’s E-Commerce platforms including website content, product updates, promotions, and implement strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve ecommerce delivery processes and regularly track performance metrics to drive sales through online platforms.
• Create a strategic roadmap for enhancing SSC Brand’s online store functionality by conducting necessary competitive analysis, industry research, and the assessment of best practices to stay abreast with the new digital platforms and technology to optimize operations.

Requirements:

• Business/Marketing graduate from a reputable institute with minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management, preferably global business.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams.
• Strong business acumen with exceptional data analytical and communication skills.
