We are hiring!
Sefam Pvt Ltd is looking for a Shoot Coordinator for Marketing in our Head Office.
Responsibilities include:
· Receive designs from design studio as per collection, Plan and design TNA for RTS and RTW & arrange a meeting with all stake holders to achieve target date and smooth process flow.
· Make procurement plan of fabric, Trims & accessories keeping in view the consumption of that component and make reconciliation so if there is may balance left, will consume in next or make any decision on it.
· Make plan for CMT issuance based on in-house capacity and define timelines for each PO.
· Monitor the progress against weekly action plan and projected plan on daily basis and share the performance on weekly basis and monthly basis.
· Reconcile WIP report & stitching reconciliation with production order ageing report drive through SAP and ensure that figures are same.
· Development and production follow up.
· Updating the design department in case of anything or any process that cannot be possible in the production or not feasible from the consumer point of view, before forwarding the package so that design will review and change in order to avoid the time wastage.
· Seasonal pre and post costing for budget allocation.
· Maintain and update a daily log of all orders in process or awaiting process.
