We’re actively seeking a Senior Manager Governance Risk & Compliance for our Internal Audit Department at Sapphire Textile Mills Ltd.
Responsibilities include:
- Design, implement and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate organizational risks.
- Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks, and monitor their effectiveness over time.
- Establish and maintain a robust compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and initiatives, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Oversee system audit initiatives, including the evaluation of information systems controls and IT governance, to ensure the integrity of organizational systems.
- Assist the business units and cross-functional teams in implementing process efficiency initiatives ensure excellence.
- Develop and maintain an effective governance framework to promote transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization.
