TENDER MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor tender portals and evaluate opportunities.
- Prepare and submit technical & financial proposals.
- Ensure compliance with legal, technical, and financial requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Factory, and Finance teams for documentation.
- Maintain tender records, trackers, and provide regular management updates.
- Analyze lost tenders and support bid/no-bid decisions.
Eligibility:
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in tender management or bid preparation (pharma/healthcare preferred).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and tendering procedures.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and tender portals.
