Sana Safinaz Jobs Procurement Officer:Sana Safinaz is looking for Procurement Officer at our korangi Factory office.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in same Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Workout procurement of Trims & Accessories of KSU, KEU, Kemari, and Bridal.
- Receiving PR from different departments.
- Obtaining best rates for best quality against the items mentioned in the PR.
- Follow up with the Vendor and Concern Department to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Raising PO against the PR, which received from any department through email or manual.
- Manage requirement of KSU / KEU / Kemari / Bridal related to procurement.
- Worked for vendor Development and induct new Vendors with better quality and rates.
- Provide purchased material to the responsible and do all actions for completing the process.
- Maintain all records to ensure that procurement process, decision, and are accurately documented for accountability and audit purpose.
- Take Quotations & Comparison of required items & checked cash price of local market too.
- Any other official assignment given by the line manager.
