Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Engagement Officer”

Job Description:

1) To acknowledged invoices from vendors along-with supporting documents.
2) Managing Zendesk which includes Sales Emails, Facebook Messages, Facebook Posts, Zopim Chat
3) Managing Instagram engagement including comments and DMs
4) Respond to queries and address complaints over social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter & Emails through Zen desk ticketing system.
5) Follow SOPs for complaint resolution, research and investigate the need of the customer and formulate a resolution with a swift, accurate response.
6) Form strong customer relationships with buyers and other business partners within the organization.
7) Handle all Social media related contacts and serve as the primary field contact for store/vendor order processing questions.
8) Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
9) Check order status and tracking from Magento
10) Respond to the customer that their concern is noted and we are working on their issue.
11) Take update from relevant operations team and update the customer accordingly.

Job Specification:

Qualification: BBA (Marketing)

Experience: Fresh to 2 year
