WE ARE HIRING HEAD OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
JOB PURPOSE
To lead and oversee the product development of nicotine pouches, ensuring excellence in manufacturing, quality, and innovation. This role is critical in driving the successful launch of products by optimizing production processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and collaborating across departments to meet strategic business goals and regulatory standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 8-12 years’ experience
- BS Mechanical or Relevant Degree
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage production scheduling, budget monitoring, resource allocation, and inventory management.
- Lead and manage product development for nicotine pouches, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Oversee the implementation and qualification of manufacturing systems such as Integrated Work System (IWS) Phase 2.
- Drive the deployment of advanced data analysis methods to optimize production processes and improve product quality.
- Implement and manage lean manufacturing methodologies (PFMEA, DMAIC, Six Sigma).
- Spearhead capacity enhancement projects for new production lines.
- Spearhead capacity enhancement projects, ensuring operational readiness and smooth execution of new production lines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and quality control teams.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives including localization of raw materials.
- Enhance production staff capabilities through technical training and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate product development efforts including flavor portfolio creation, recipe finalization, label artwork, and EHS compliance.
