Senior Deputy Manager Maintenance – Apparel Division

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise maintenance operations to ensure efficient functioning of textile machinery.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues swiftly to support continuous production.
• Manage maintenance schedules, resources, and spare parts inventory effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve technical bottlenecks.
• Mentor and develop technical staff to enhance team performance and skill levels.

Education & Experience:

• BSc Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics)
• Experience 5-8 years with Utilities, Energy Management, Facilities & Project Management and Equipment/plant Maintenance Management.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of textile machinery and plant operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
