Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, act as the primary contact, and conduct business reviews to drive sales.
Identify growth opportunities, develop tailored sales strategies, and coordinate with internal teams for effective trade promotions.
Create account plans, analyze sales trends and competitor activities, and monitor pricing and trade margins.
Implement promotional campaigns, ensure stock availability with distributors, and maintain compliance with trade agreements.
Maintain sales records, provide updates to senior management, and track KPIs, including sales targets and profitability metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
4 – 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in LMT, IMT, GT, or MT sales.
Experience in FMCG, Distribution Management.
Strong knowledge of trade marketing strategies and retail execution.
