Position Title: Deputy Manager – E-Commerce Ops
Location: Korangi, Karachi.
Department: E-Commerce Ops
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations Management
· Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, and social commerce).
· Ensure seamless order processing from placement to delivery, including returns and exchanges.
· Coordinate with logistics partners for on-time deliveries and reverse logistics.
· Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain/warehouse teams for replenishment.
· Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, and digital assets.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
· Track and analyze KPIs (order fulfillment, delivery timelines, cancellation/return ratios, and customer satisfaction).
· Prepare periodic sales, efficiency, and performance reports.
· Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
Customer Experience & Support
· Work with customer service to resolve escalated issues promptly.
· Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
· Align with finance teams for reconciliations, COD settlements, and payment gateway operations.

· Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, order management, and supply chain practices.

Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
· 4–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations.
