Responsible For:

Ensure the quality of printed knits by developing and implementing quality control processes and standards.
Continuously improve printing processes to enhance efficiency and minimize defects.
Supervise and lead a team of printing technicians and quality control inspectors.
Conduct inspections and audits to identify defects, color discrepancies, or printing issues.
Maintain detailed records of quality control tests, inspection results, and corrective actions taken.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the procurement of high-quality printing materials and inks.
Provide training and guidance to printing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and implement preventive measures.
Manage the quality department’s budget effectively.

Core Expertise:

Proficiency in printing processes, color management, and quality control tools and techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
The ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve quality.

Qualification: BSc. in Textile Engineering
Experience: 08 – 10 Years in a reputed Industry
