Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for production staff, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Oversee performance evaluation processes and provide feedback to management on employee performance in production.
- Ensure Attendance and leaves also payroll processes for production employees are timely and accurate.
- Prepare HR reports for senior management on workforce trends and recommendations.
