- Key Accounts Manager (Sales)
We seek a seasoned professional with 5 to 7 years of B2B manufacturing experience, preferably in packaging. Your responsibilities will include driving sales, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A bachelorโs degree and excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential.
What youโll do:
ยท Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets for assigned customers.
ยท Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders.
ยท Identify and address client needs, proposing solutions that deliver value.
ยท Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
ยท Actively Track and Manage the KPIs of Sales Recovery targets and OTIF of every customer.
