Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan, established in 2010 as a not-for-profit company set up by the Government of the Punjab (GoPb).

We are looking for energetic and motivated professionals for the following project-based positions in Lahore:
1. Assistant Manager Programs
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration/ Economics/ Social Sciences or a relevant/similar discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant/similar field.
- Experience in Program Management / Program Execution / Program Operations will be preferred.
2. Specialist IT Infrastructure & Networks
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s (Hons) in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering/ Software Engineering/ Network Engineering or a relevant/similar discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant/similar field.
3. Specialist Program
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration/ Economics/ Social Sciences or a relevant/similar discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant/similar field.
- Experience in Program Management / Program Execution will be preferred.
4. Management Associate – Programs
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration/ Economics/ Social Sciences or a relevant/similar discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
- 0-1 year of experience.
5. Management Associate (Payables)
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce, or any other relevant/similar discipline from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
- 0-1 year of experience.
