CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Master Group of Companies) is seeking resumes for the position of Executive โ Hardware & Network Support at its Port Qasim, Karachi location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and internet connectivity issues.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Ensure timely resolution of user complaints related to IT systems.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure optimal functioning.
- Maintain a daily IT support log and report unresolved issues to the IT head.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
2โ3 years of relevant experience (preferably in the automotive industry).
Good understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
Proficiency in installation and troubleshooting of Windows OS and general hardware.
Strong command over MS Office and hands-on experience with IT support tools.
