Power Cement is looking for a Supervisor for our Civil Department.

Position: Supervisor, Civil Department
Location: Plant – Nooriabad
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee on-site civil construction ,earthwork ,finishing ,architectural & maintenance activities of industrial plants.
- Monitor installation of daily assigned civil tasks , ensuring work as per standards meeting engineering drawings and safety norms.
- Monitoring timely inspection /supervision of cement silo roofs & other roof water proofing activities involving PU , Asphalt membranes, screed works etc.
- Supervise & maintain quality for architectural finishes, including false ceiling ,block work , plastering, painting, tiling, UPVC doors/windows installation, and glass works etc.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and other engineering disciplines for identification of feasible solutions.
- Ensure compliance of labor /subcontractors with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work in challenging environments for work at heights up and travel to remote project sites nearby at quarry areas.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for work permits/invoice/billing follow-ups ensuring implementation of ISO standards.
- Maintain timely arrangement of construction material & record regular consumptions.
- Ability to supervise multiple tasks & strong labor communication skills.
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience & Skills:
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in industrial construction works with expertise in finishing works .
Proficiency in water proofing & finishes work of industrial structures.
Hands on labor management.
Exposure to MS office , ERP based software’s
