WE’RE LOOKING FOR Zonal Sales Manager

Location: Sukkur

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Leadership: Manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned zone.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to increase market share and revenue in the zone.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key outlets, and other stakeholders.
• Sales Reporting & Analytics: Track performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Travel time 80%.
