🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers based in the US
Pitch products/services and close sales
Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM
Follow up with leads and handle objections professionally
🔹 Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (neutral or US accent preferred)
Previous outbound sales or call center experience is a big plus
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US Pacific Time
Resilient, target-oriented, and self-motivated
Strong internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup
🕔 Shift Timings:
9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
Equivalent to 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Time)
