Amazon Account Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon seller account, including product listings, inventory, and pricing.
- Optimize product listings with effective keywords, descriptions, and images to enhance visibility and sales.
- Monitor account health, resolve policy violations, and maintain compliance with Amazon guidelines.
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and develop strategies to boost sales and profitability.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns using Amazon PPC and other tools.
- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback professionally to maintain high ratings.
- Stay updated on Amazon trends, policies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Amazon accounts.
- Strong understanding of Amazon seller tools, FBA, and PPC campaigns.
- Proficient in data analysis and using tools like Excel and Amazon reporting dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce trends and SEO practices.
