Position: Procurement Officer
Qualification: Masters degree + BE Engineering with specialization in Logistics / Supply Chain
Experience: minimum 2 – 3 years

Responsibilities

Undertake business needs assessment, supply market analysis and commercial risk assessment.
Key Vendor Management, maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.
Monitoring and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
Reviewing, comparing, evaluating, and approving products and services.
Maintaining and updating supplier information.
Market visits for Procurement & sourcing for marketing department (Marketing Events, Printing, Give-aways, Promotional Activities, etc.)
Procurement & sourcing all office items for all sites of the Company.
Procurement & sourcing of all Plant related items.
Evaluations & Sourcing of scrap bids of all plants, monitoring them till their fund’s placement.
SR-to- WO, PR/RFQ-to-PO process management, Documentation, chronological records maintenance, Expedition, follow-ups, Payment management.
Liaise with the Procurement Head to develop and implement sourcing strategies and negotiate best possible contracts with vendors while following corporate and legal guidelines to ensure compliance

Position: Transport Safety Officer

Qualification: Bachelors degree with specialization in Logistics / Supply Chain
Experience: minimum 2 – 3 years

Responsibilities

Ensure trucks, prime movers, tankers, tube trailers & ISO tanks and their maintenance are complied as per statutory requirements.
Ensure drivers & helpers are trained, fit for their task and do not exceed their duty ours & driving hours.
Ensure for route & customer sites adequate route & site risk assessment is performed prior to any delivery.
Ensure for every trip, Pre trip driver briefing & post trip driver debriefing, pre & post trip equipment check, monitoring of driver duty & driving hours, monitoring with On Board Computer (OBC) and In Cab Camera (ICC), analysis of OBC violations and immediate feedback to the respective driver (incl. adequate consequence management)
Visible leadership by actively identify risk through site walks, joining trips and engaging with drivers and contractors, Support the risk identification from audits, Immediately mitigate any identified severe risks or stop the respective activities if a mitigation is not possible and listen feedback from the drivers.
Log corrective actions (CAR) to eliminate the risks in Web Audit Manager (WAM) and Drive the execution of CARs to eliminate the risks. Develop & maintain emergency response plans
Implement transport safety programs on the assigned site including safety campaigns and participation in the investigation (in case of any incidents

Responsibilities:

Identifies new opportunities through initial lead identification and qualification.
Pursues and closes new business/sale through sales call, strategic planning, sales presentation, negotiations and follow – up and relationship building.
Effective use of ‘Sales Pro’ tools for planning and tracking new Business Development opportunities.
Aligns internal resources to initiate business with new customers through close coordination with internal functions.
Identifies new revenue streams to bolster sales revenues
Manages customers by effective use of “Sales Pro’ tools for Account Management for maintaining account profitability, retaining 100% customers, and capitalizing all new businesses in existing accounts.
Monitors, achieves and reports assigned targets of DSO, Cost Recovery & sales assigned portfolio.
Prepares annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans and prioritize sales activities so these targets are met.
Ensures compliance with market/customer visit targets.
Ensures timely and accurate record keeping for credit limit requests, contracts, and customer pricing information.
Manages company assets at assigned customers such that they are not being over/under-utilized.
