We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to senior management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Responsibility:
-Provide Administrative Support to Senior Management.
-Manage Schedules, Appointments, and Meetings.
-Prepare Reports, Presentations, and Correspondence.
-Handle Phone Calls, E-mails, and Other Forms of Communication.
-Organize and Maintain Files, Records, and Office Documents.
-Coordinate Travel Arrangements and Itineraries.
-Any other tasks assigned by Senior Management.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Office Administration, Business, or a related field.
-Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role 5 years.
-Exceptional Organizational and Time Management Skills.
-Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Ability to work Independently and Handle -Sensitive Information with Discretion.
-Detail-oriented with the ability to Multitask and Prioritize Effectively.
