Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor process control systems to ensure the quality and efficiency of transformer production.
- Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and validate process modifications.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in process control, preferably in the transformer industry.
- Familiarity with transformer production processes, including winding, assembly, and testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using process control tools and methodologies.
