MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

In furtherance of Company’s policy of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, we are seeking female graduates to join our one-year intensive Management Trainee Program and contribute to a more equitable and inclusive energy sector in the following disciplines:

Bachelor of Engineering (04 years’ degree recognized by HEC/PEC)
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences (HR, Accounting & Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics and Supply Chain Management)/ Environmental Sciences/ Media Studies/Law/Geology/Geophysics (16 years of education degree recognized by HEC)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Age Limit: 26 years
CGPA | 2.50 (in requisite degree as specified above)
1st Division (60% & above) where CGPA is not applicable
The enrolment/selection shall stand null & void if a candidate is found ineligible at any stage as per the advertisement.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Only those candidates shall be entertained whose final result of their requisite qualification degree has been announced on or before the closing date of advertisement, i.e., October 21, 2024.
Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must furnish an HEC Equivalence certificate of 16 or 18 years.
The trainee(s) will undergo a comprehensive training program during one-year period.
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
Full-time contract employment in the Company will be offered upon successful completion of training program evaluated on the basis of performance.
Written Test will be conducted by IBA Karachi at their specified centers only. Eligible candidates must visit IBA website ([invalid URL removed]) to apply and generate fee voucher to pay the processing fee (non-refundable/non-transferable) amounting to Rs. 2,000/- in any branch of Meezan Bank Limited.

Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
